Credits purchased through Laser Lab Marketing are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. Laser Lab Marketing may deactivate accounts inactive for 24 months and delete stored data.
Free trials begin immediately upon registration and convert to paid plans unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Monthly subscriptions require 3 days' cancellation notice. Annual plans require 10 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Laser Lab Marketing may charge a cancellation fee equal to the value of discounted periods.
You agree to indemnify and hold Laser Lab Marketing harmless against claims arising from your content, use of the service, or violation of these Terms.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Laser Lab Marketing may modify or discontinue services without notice or liability.
Laser Lab Marketing is not responsible for third-party websites, content, or losses resulting from their use.
Third-party software provided through the service is subject to each provider's own terms. Laser Lab Marketing provides no warranties for such software.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Laser Lab Marketing. Utah law governs all disputes, which must be resolved in Salt Lake County courts unless arbitration is required.

User-uploaded data remains the sole property of the account holder. Laser Lab Marketing does not sell or rent customer data.

We provide tools for GDPR compliance and operate under HIPAA-aligned security protocols when handling PHI, though Laser Lab Marketing is not a covered entity.
